Description
This apartment was Student’s Corner’s largest single project to date, which represented a special challenge still at the beginning of our journey. The dedication and commitment of the whole team ultimately resulted in an exceptional homely environment with six single rooms, one double room, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and a comfortable living room.
On top of this, the apartment is located 200 meters away from the Lidl supermarket, 500 meters away from the LX Factory, with a bus stop at the door and a train station 15 minutes walk away.

Alcântara, which was mostly an industrial area, has gone through a fresh renovation over the last few years. It is now home to many lively restaurants, bars, and shops based in former warehouses, artful streets like the recent Lx Factory, and even modern coworking spaces. It connects the city to the riverside and its landscape is marked by the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge - sister to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, USA.
